Lovely aromas of white peach skin and pears with some lemons and lavender. Medium-bodied, zesty and very clean. Lovely, lively phenolics that melt into the wine. A handcrafted, structured sauvignon blanc. No malolactic. Wild-fermented. From Oakville and Stags Leap. Drink from 2024 - 2028
