品酒笔记

Sourced from estate parcels in Oakville and Stags Leap District, the fruit is basket-pressed as whole clusters into 300-liter Champagne-inspired vessels.

On the palate, it exhibits chalk and crushed-rock minerality opening into a core of ripe pear and yellow apple.

It is defined by a superbly silky texture that frames the tight-knit fruit layers, all underpinned by a refreshing backbone of soft acidity. Drink from 2025 - 2040
