Moderate wood is present on the pretty aromas of citrus, pear and softly spiced apple where a hint of acacia lurks in the background. There is impressive volume and density for a Hautes Côtes blanc along with ample minerality, all wrapped in a clean, delicious and highly refreshing finish. This offers excellent quality for the appellation and is highly recommended. Only 4,500 bottles were produced
