Once again there is just enough wood to merit mentioning suffusing the liqueur-like black cherry and poached plum-scented nose. The notably denser and palate coating medium weight flavors that are at once powerful and succulent, indeed almost thick, before terminating in a long, mildly warm and sappy finish. This is a completely different style compared to the Les Crais.
