Champagne Yves Ruffin, Jardin Premier Cru Extra Brut 2015

Cuvee Jardin is a vintage 2015, Blanc de Blancs, 100% Chardonnay only from our plot "Les Robins" in Avenay-Val-d''Or. Aged in Acacia wood, then spent 7 years on lees in bottle, 2g/L of sugar and disgorged in October 2023. Production roughly 1200 bottles. This is supposed to be a "feminine" cuvee dedicated to Sylvie Ruffin, the flower on the label has been painted by Nicole Bottet.

The tasting notes: Special roudness thanks to the acacia wood, fine and delicate in the mouth, great vitality, well strucured, woody hints, the typicity of the Chardonnay is well melted with a good tension
