Tasting Note
60% Négrette, 30% Syrah, and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Fairly complex aromas of spices and rich blue fruits. Well-judged oak use on the palate, spicy on the finish. It is preferable to decant it 2 hours before serving at 18°C. Rated 94 point by Decanter and received the Decanter World Wine Silver Award.
