Domaine Hoffmann-Jayer, Echezeaux du Dessus Grand Cru 2021 1.5L

A more floral and markedly spicier nose displays aromas of violet, lavender, rose petal, anise, exotic tea and ripe black cherry scents. There is excellent vibrancy and detail to the refined and punch flavors that are not especially dense but I very much like the balance of the beautifully long, balanced and youthfully austere finale.
