Domaine Jean Collet et Fils, Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos 2022

Still in barrel, to be racked before the harvest. A lovely lemon and lime colour. The bouquet is slow to start but reveals the quality of Les Clos in due course. All in white fruit with some spicy notes, almost peppery alongside. The backbone reveals some good mineral acidity, and the aftertaste fills out very nicely.
