Only 642 bottles made. 100% Louvois Grand Cru from the parcel "Le Mont" which the Pinot Noir was planted since 1961. Carefully made in a more oxidative style, the intrinsic quality and persistence of the Pinot fruit comes through with russet apple, redcurrant and dry spice notes, lightly enriched with salty pastry. Dry, engaging and savoury. Pinot Noir from Louvois in 2018 in the Montagne de Reims, with 10 months in five-year-old barrels. Dosage 2-3g/litre. Disgorged in May 2022. Drink from 2023 - 2028
