A fresh and slightly more elegant nose reflects the cool essence of various red berries and more subtle earth influence. The succulent but punchy middleweight flavors exude a bracing minerality on the youthfully austere finish that flirts with leanness that I suspect is more due to the recent bottling than under ripeness.
