On Tuesday, 21 October, we welcomed Martin Krajewski, Owner and Proprietor of Chateau Seraphine, a delightful Pomerol regarded as a “Rising Star ⭐” by Decanter and lauded by Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate to host a dinner at MIAN. The guests enjoyed 6 different wines over 8 courses of culinary delight, including 4 of their Grand Vin and a secret bottle that was exclusively blended for ORD. Martin had some great stories to share and his passion and attention to detail shone brightly through his wines. A most memorable occasion.
