This vintage cuvée faithfully reflects the character of a single year. It embodies the perfect symbiosis between Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, combining the structure of the former with the finesse of the latter — a pure expression of our house style. Lovely pale gold, delicate and refined, hints of white flowers and pale-fleshed fruits with subtle minerality. Crisp, linear attack, precise and balanced with sensation of purity. Remarkably long finish. 55% Pinot Noir (from Les Voirmissa) and 45% Chardonnay (from Les Moineaux). Vinification and ageing in old oak barrels for 8 months on fine lees and aged 9 years in bottle.
