Tasting Note
- A lovely wine from Minière, the new NV Brut Blanc Absolu is based on the 2022 vintage, incorporating 25% reserve wines from 2021, and was disgorged in January 2025 with a dosage of 3.5 grams per liter. The wine emerges from the glass with a bouquet of nashi pear, grapefruit and nectarine mingled with notes of lemon oil and freshly baked bread. Medium- to full-bodied and muscular, its textural attack segues into a bright, concentrated mid-palate that is underpinned by racy acidity. Enlivened by a pinpoint mousse, it concludes with a long, lemon-inflected finish.
