Domaine Gros Frere et Soeur, Bourgogne Hautes-Cotes de Nuits Rouge 2024

A discreet application of wood sets off slightly riper and more deeply pitched aromas of plum and black cherry. The middle weight flavors are sleeker and more mineral-driven though no more complex on the racy, chiseled and lingering finale where the youthful austerity is a bit more pronounced.
