Tasting Note
Just a little more colour, while the nose is really fine, absolutely living up to Jérôme’s billing of the purity of pinot this year. Nearly as good on the palate as the nose, with a fractional final austerity, but then the fruit returns again, engagingly persistent. Drink from 2027 - 2030. Tasted Nov 2025 by Jasper Morris
