Tasting Note
Smoky aromas of white orchard fruit and lemon-lime also display a broad range of floral elements. There is more size, weight and power to the markedly bigger-bodied flavors that also flash a borderline aggressive minerality on the bone-dry, moderately austere and hugely long finale. Not surprisingly for a young CC, it''s currently an impenetrable block and a wine that''s going to need extended keeping. This too is very much worth your interest.
