A more reticent nose is composed more from the red side of the fruit spectrum along with less spice and more earth character. The succulent but decidedly punchy medium weight flavors also possess an attractive mouthfeel while displaying excellent length on the youthfully austere finale. This is firm and compact but not so much so that it couldn''t be reasonably approached after only 5 to 7 years.
