This Sauvignon Blanc with 15% Sémillon is an intense wine that brings an opulence cut with a laser-focused minerality. Briny seaspray, crushed chalk and crushed lime leaf aromas hint at the wine''s spiny mineral character and are complemented by whispers of ripe mangoes. The palate is an exercise in ethereal minerality. An edginess of stony crushed granite, briny sea air, oyster shells and petrichor make way for lime pith, grilled lemon, and a broad note of honeyed ginger.
