Mery Melrose XO Grande Champagne Cognac 70cl

Maison Méry Melrose, distill and blend cognac, exclusively from the Grande Champagne Cru, with tradition and art. The cognac collection is created by the fourth generation Cellar Master and Distiller, François Méry. Tremendous and powerful. The XO has a polished mahogany color, with good clarity. The first inspiration offers a rich and concentrated fragrance of fresh tobacco, vanilla and hazelnuts. A soft sweetness greets the tongue, introducing flavors of marzipan, fruit cakes, a sweetness with vibrant notes of fig and fresh grapes. A long and full finish lingers on the palate. XO is a blend of old cognac, carefully aged between 12 and 20 years in French oak barrels.
