Domaine Douhairet-Porcheret, Pommard 1er Cru "Les Chanlins“ 2022

Made from 80 year old vines and aged in 30% new oak. Its robe is a deep purple with mauve highlights. Aromas of ripe fruit (cherry pit, plum). A prime example of the Côte de Beaune, its tannins are massive and dense. A feline and wild evolution is not uncommon with age, its tannic structure then becoming more rounded. 2400 bottles made.
