Serafin Pere et Fils, Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Baudes 2023

A perfumed, airy and equally cool nose combines notes of both red and dark cherry, violet, lilac, crushed anise and a hint of wet stone. The finer and beautifully textured medium weight flavors also exude evident minerality on the sleeker, tautly muscular and impeccably well-balanced finale. Excellent.
