More in crimson, a less vivacious colour. This is an attractive wine with a strawberry profile, some finesse but I don’t really get the extra over and above the Gevrey Vieilles Vignes. Lower acidity too as the grapes ripened a little more fully in the walled Clos of their holding. Drink from 2030-2036. Tasted Nov 2024.
