Serafin Pere et Fils, Gevrey-Chambertin 2023

Mid crimson, no deeper than the Bourgogne. Tasted in new wood of which there will be 60% overall. A lovely mixed red berry fruit on the nose, which then fills the palate, and extends very well across the tannins. An excellent balance in 2023 Drink from 2029-2033. Tasted Nov 2024.
