Serafin Pere et Fils, Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru 2022

Generous wood again fights with the even spicier mix of ripe red and dark currant that is cut with game, earth, humus and forest floor nuances. There is impressive volume and concentration to the broad-shouldered flavors that flash good power and muscle on the compact and palate coating finish that goes on and on. This is potentially superb but it is definitely a wine to ''buy and forget'' in the back of a cool cellar.
