Kongsgaard, Estate White 2023

The 2023 Estate White is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier and Chardonnay, all organically farmed fruit from the Atlas Peak estate, co-fermented. The 2023 was fermented in equal parts neutral oak and amphora. Rich and beautifuuly layered in the glass, the Estate possesses striking textural depth from start to finsh. Dried pear, chamomile, white flowers, mint and sage build, leading into the dense, phenolic finish. Leave it to John and Alex Kongsgaard to redefine what wine can be in Napa Valley.
