The Feudi di San Gregorio NV Metodo Classico Dubl Edition I Brut Rosato is a fresh and vibrant sparkling wine made with the versatile Aglianico grape. It ages on the yeasts in bottle for 36 months. Showing a light pink color, the bouquet is shy at first, but it slowly opens to tart cherry, raspberry and petrichor (or rain-soaked pavement). The wine''s beading is mild and soft. This wine will be released in spring 2023. Drink from 2023-2026
