Champagne Rousseaux-Batteux, Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru

Only 2500 bottles made. 100% Grand Cru from the vineyards in Verzenay. 100% Chardonnay which 50% from the 2018 harvest and 50% from the 2019 harvest. The latest addition to the range, this Blanc de Blancs is a lively, showing aromas of pear, seashell, white grapefruit and pineapple. Hint of ginger, too. Deliciously spicy and flavorful, with lively acidity and rounded bubbles. Drink now. Dosage: 5.5g / litre; Disgorged in March 2022.
