Revisited from bottle, the 2017 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Baudes has turned out to be another of the highlights of the range this year, bursting with aromas of cherries, black raspberries, grilled squab, rose petals and sweet soil tones. On the palate, it’s medium to full-bodied, fleshy and layered, with fine concentration, lively acids and powdery tannins.
