- Based on the 2022 vintage and disgorged in March 2026 with a dosage of three grams per liter, Minière’s NV Brut Influence is expressive and inviting, unfurling from the glass with aromas of lemon peel, iris and yellow apple mingled with notes of peach and nutmeg. Full-bodied and concentrated, it possesses a rich core of fruit framed by tangy acidity and concludes with a long and persistent finish where subtle bitter phenolics assert themselves. It is a blend built around the red grape varieties with 58% Pinot Meunier and 20% Pinot Noir, complemented by 22% Chardonnay. Drink from 2026 - 2036
