Domaine Castagnier, Coteaux Bourguignons Pinot Noir 2023

Bottled before the harvest. The plot is in Gevrey-Chambertin, next to Les Seuvrées. Glowing deep purple. Here there is both notably more concentration, and a finer quality of pinot, this has the extra and certainly greater persistence, too. A fine example, especially the aftertaste.
