This is the last bottling from this vineyard before replanting, from vines planted in 1968. Aromas of dark fruit, spices, crushed stones, dried herbs, bay leaves and leather. The palate is structured, refined and focused, with a balanced and finely woven texture that will age well for many years to come. A very fine bottling. Drink or hold.
