This is the new entry level cuvee of Yves Ruffin. 51% Chardonnay & 49% Pinot Noir with 10% reserve wine and 3g/L of dosage. Born from the 2022 harvest and raised in oak and acacia barrels, l’Aspirant is the ideal wine for your aperitive. Both fresh and round l’Aspirant develops citrus and green apple but also almond and yellow fruits notes.
