Serafin Pere et Fils, Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Les Corbeaux 2019

The Sérafin vines are in their own little Clos in Les Corbeaux. Rather lighter in colour and again with a slightly meaty nose. A little more delicacy of fruit on the palate, even some elegance and floral notes, along with a little mandarin touch. Not too tannic behind.
