The 2019 Sauvignon pulls you close to take in its unique bouquet, with kiwi skins and stone dust evolving into Asian pear and a dusting of sweet spice. This is round, yet with a stimulating care of acids and minerals, as well as tart green apples that add further tension. It leaves a sour twang upon the palate while tapering off salty and with a bitter sensation, which is like biting into a lemon rind.
