Domaine Patrick Javillier, Bourgogne Cuvee Oligocene 2021

A discreet though perceptible touch of wood sets off the aromatically similar nose that offers slightly better layering. There is even better density to the wonderfully intense flavors that conclude in a beautifully persistent, balanced, dry and zest-inflected finish. This is a terrific Bourgogne, indeed it''s rare to find one this good. Highly recommended.
