A lighter crimson in style, very perfumed, strawberry, soft raspberry a bit of cherry, and there is more fruit weight on the palate than the Gevrey. Jérôme thinks that the Gevrey is closing the gap but I still place the Chambolle ahead. A little mineral style tension to finish. Drink from 2029 - 2034. Tasted Nov 2025 by Jasper Morris
