The 2017 Mazis-Chambertin Grand Cru is already very promising at this early stage, offering up a lovely bouquet of wild berries, cassis and currant leaf that''s complemented by incipient bass notes of incense and sweet grilled meat. On the palate, it''s medium to full-bodied, bright and pure, with fine, chalky tannins and incredible energy and drive.
