Only 918 bottles made. 100% Pinot Noir. Sourced from two distinct plots: 16.60 acres planted in 1973 and 7.80 acres planted in 1972. Fermented and aged entirely in oak barrels; strictly no herbicides or insecticides used in the vineyard. This cuvée is designed to be bone-dry to showcase the pure mineral expression of the site, richer and more structured than "Les Grandes Voyettes." It offers a "vinous" density typical of old-vine Pinot Noir from the north-facing slopes of the Montagne de Reims. Expect deep notes of red berries (raspberry, wild strawberry) balanced by toasted bread, hazelnut, and brioche. High acidity and a notable "salty" minerality that cuts through the oak-influenced texture. Disgorged in 2024
