Chateau de la Maltroye, Chassagne Montrachet Rouge 1er Cru Clos du Chateau Monopole 2021

This is aromatically more restrained if a bit more elegant with a mix of red cherry, plum and pretty floral wisps. There is again excellent volume and a highly seductive texture to the powerful yet refined flavors that deliver very fine length on the dusty, firm and ageworthy finish.
